Want jpg icons to show image thumbnails instead of generic

Details: Yes, thumbnail previews are enabled, at least it appears that way when I open the file folder. I can see the preview pane, but the preview is just a larger version of the generic icon. I imagine there must be a way to change this. I can't upload these images when I can't tell what they are. I use these images for my online shop and FB page.

Details: File Explorer>Pictures>Open Pictures. If Your Photos come up as just a List and don't show up as Thumbnails, look at the Two Small Icons at the Bottom Right of the Screen and 'Toggle' between them. The first one gives you a List View and the other one gives you a Thumbnail View.
